Class-A Surfacing & Vehicle Engineering: Executed high-precision Class-A digital surfaces in ICEM Surf and Alias across major production programs, including Model 3, Semi, Roadster, and Model S Plaid. Driven by curvature continuity ($G2/G3$), ensured unbroken highlights and refined visual flow across complex exterior and interior assemblies.

Production Ownership (Side Repeater): Took complete ownership of the exterior side repeater from initial concept through mass production. Partnered across engineering and design disciplines to resolve challenging camera packaging constraints, field-of-view requirements, and aerodynamic criteria without compromising aesthetic intent.

Component Leadership (Model S Plaid Center Console): Led the digital surfacing and architectural execution for the 27-part Model S Plaid center console assembly. Coordinated closely with creative managers, mechanical engineers, craftsmanship, dimensional engineering, homologation teams, and external suppliers to deliver an uncompromised, production-ready interior feature.
